Leisure Lodge and Caravan Holiday-Home owners will be able to sub-let their property for holiday rental on most of our parks. Sub-letting with North Dales Leisure Parks is easy, extremely flexible and we’ll even take care of all the administration for you. Some of our owners did just that last year and all of them generated extra income which helped to cover the cost of ownership.  We cannot guarantee an income for you, of course, but some owners have earned a gross figure of around £25,000 a year before specific costs have been deducted.
