NEW leisure lodge development at Hillcroft Park overlooking Ullswater in Cumbria

Hillcroft Holiday Park, in a stunning location above Ullswater in the Lake District, is to benefit from a brand new luxury lodge development within the park boundary, to be called  Ullswater Lodges.  A total of 16 fully-furnished lodges of varying sizes will be offered for sale as second homes, each sited on an individual plot with landscaping, decking and hard-standing for a vehicle.  The development, in a secluded part of the park, covers three acres.

Three show lodges are available now for viewing seven days a week.   Prices range start at £89,950 for a two-bedroom lodge including family bathroom, en suite shower room and stunning galley kitchen with major appliances included.  Two larger lodges are on show priced at £125,000 and £139,950 respectively.  Alternatively customers can choose and site their own model if they prefer and this can be arranged by Hillcroft Park.

Local contractors have been engaged for the development: RLS Construction for landscaping and construction, AM Electrical for electrical connections, RJM Joinery for steps, skirting and decking, Cumbrian Caravan Services for plumbing and a Carlisle-based craftsman will build the stone walls.

The picturesque 24-acre park already has 180 caravan holiday homes and lodges sited, all privately owned as second homes.  Owners can sublet their homes through the park’s management and this makes the purchase of a lodge at Ullswater Lodges an excellent investment opportunity with high-reason rental prices around £800 per week.

Hillcroft Park is one of six parks that comprise North Dales Leisure Parks LLP which has managed the park since 2007.  Hillcroft is immaculate with good amenities that include a superb children’s play area, on-site shop and the services of on-site park managers.  It also offers pitches for camping and has eight eco-friendly camping pods.

Show homes currently available at Ullswater Lodges:

Hillcroft Park is open from the beginning of March to the following January for caravan holiday homes and leisure lodges. It opens from March to mid October for camping and pods.  Finance is also available to aid the purchase of holiday homes, subject to status.  There are finance plans on offer to suit most budgets.
